Baked Clam Dip
Ingredients:
½ cup butter
2 cans (6 ½ oz.) minced clams with juice
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, such as Vidalia, minced
Wochestershire sauce to taste
Hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine butter, clams, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, Wochestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
- Mix well and transfer mixture to baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes. Serve.
