Baked Fettucini
Ingredients:
1 pound fettucini or egg noodles
1 pound mozzarella
⅛ pound of butter
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons parsley
½ cup grated cheese
pint heavy cream
Instructions:
Origin of recipe: Ann Prince Treanor, a good friend, who helped us learn that we could prepare fettuccini for a crowd and that it stays fresh in a chafing dish. Great dish to make when you are having a crowd over.
1 pound fettucini or egg noodles

Instructions:
- Cook 1 pound fettucini or egg noodles, boil, then drain and put back in pot.
- In food processor, chop 1 pound mozzarella, ⅛ pound of butter, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons parsley, ½ cup grated cheese. Mix all together.
- Put in baking dish and pour ½ pint heavy cream over mixture and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until bubbling.
