Basic Crepe
Ingredients:
1¼ cups of flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs beaten
1½ cups milk (or substitute chicken or beef boullion for all or part)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
Let recipe stand for at least one hour before making into crepes.
Makes 13 crepes
Great to fill with seafood or use as a dessert crepe, using the milk instead of bouillon.
