Boreks (Spinach Pie)
Ingredients:
½ lb. of feta cheese
1 lb. Filo dough
½ lb. of butter (2 sticks)
½ cup of milk
2 eggs
16 ounces of spinach
Instructions:

Instructions:
- Mix cut up spinach and crumbled feta cheese together.
- Melt butter, spread butter in bottom of large pan, then mix together the beaten eggs and milk mixture into the butter sauce. Put aside.
- Take filo, one sheet at a time and place in the pan and each time spread butter, milk, and egg mixture with a brush on each sheet until you’re done with half of the filo.
- Take spinach and feta cheese and lay it on top of the last filo sheet, then you repeat the balance of filo sheet and butter, egg, and milk mixture on balance of filo till you’re done.
- You slice the borek into squares and put some of the mixture on top.
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees put the borek in the oven and reduce to 375 degrees and bake for 40 minutes till its nice and done.
