Cheddar-cheese Olive Appetizers
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¾ cup flour
36 stuffed green or pitted black olives, drained (can also use dates)
Instructions:
Can freeze ahead of time and then bake for 30 min.

1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¾ cup flour
36 stuffed green or pitted black olives, drained (can also use dates)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients, except olives, in a food processor.
- Roll dough into a long 2” log, and then cut 36 equal pieces.
- Now wrap a piece of dough around an olive, making sure to seal all sides.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Can freeze ahead of time and then bake for 30 min.
