Cream Cheese Shrimp Cocktail Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 lb shrimp, (2 cups) cooked and chopped ( pulsed in the food processor a few times)
3/4 cup seafood cocktail sauce + 1 teaspoon of Howling Horseradish mix
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, Shredded
2 green onions, sliced (if you’re pressed for time, pulse in food processor a few times)

Origin of Recipe: Kraft Foods online – 3/2009 – found by Nancy A. Binger and made it for an appetizer when the Duncan’s came over for a quiet dinner.

Instructions:
- Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or shallow bowl.
- Toss shrimp with cocktail sauce.
- Spoon over cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and arrange scallions around the outside of spread, like a border.
- Serve with crackers.
