Pasta with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon rosemary
½ teaspoon chicken base
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon garlic
¼ cup water
¼ cup Gorgonzola cheese
½ lb. cooked chicken or shrimp
1 cup asst. vegetables
½ box cooked pasta
Instructions:

¼ cup Gorgonzola cheese
½ lb. cooked chicken or shrimp
1 cup asst. vegetables
½ box cooked pasta
Instructions:
- Blanch vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
- In sauce pan melt butter, add garlic. Saute for a minute, add flour and stir.
- Whisk in water slowly until thick. Then add milk, chicken base and rosemary, stir continuously.
- When thick add cheese.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Add vegetables and cooked chicken or shrimp if you desire.
- Serve over pasta.
