Pepper Steak
Ingredients:
3 lbs. of round steak
2 tablespoons of olive oil
¼ cup of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of Grandma’s molasses
4 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup of bar-b-que sauce
¼ garlic French dressing
2 tablespoons of corn starch
½ cup of cold water
3 green peppers
4 tomatoes

Instructions:
- Cut steak into 1 inch pieces. Brown in oil for 3 minutes.
- Mix in the next 5 ingredients in a cup and pour into pan over meat. Cook for 5-10 minutes and cover.
- Mix cornstarch, salt and pepper to taste, and ½ cup cold water together and pour into pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Slice peppers and tomatoes and add to pan. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low.
- Serve over rice.
