Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Origin of recipe: Don’t remember where I found this one but trust me…it is the BEST.
We all don’t eat much meat lately, but if you are having a bar-b-que for friends who enjoy a good steak, THIS IS THE MARINADE TO USE! Enjoy! (nothing in a bottle comes close to this marinade…it’s definitely worth the trouble) We usually marinate skirt steak and the taste is unbeatable.
