Sun-dried Tomatoes
Ingredients:
4 cups of sun-dried tomatoes (dry)
4 cloves of garlic flattened
1 tablespoon of white wine or red wine vinegar
Fresh bay leaves

4 cups of sun-dried tomatoes (dry)
4 cloves of garlic flattened
1 tablespoon of white wine or red wine vinegar
Fresh bay leaves
Instructions:
- Layer tomatoes, garlic and a few bay leaves.
- Add the vinegar and turn jar over a few times until the tomatoes are covered.
- Leave covered jar on counter or in pantry.
- Use in recipes or on sandwiches.
