Ultimate Dijon Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
¼ cup Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 large clove garlic, finely minced
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
½ cup each cooked peas, broccoli flowerets & pea pods
1 pound pasta of your choice, freshly cooked and drained

Origin of recipe: Think it was found in a magazine by Nancy Amoroso Binger. This pasta salad is a real treat. The Dijon mustard adds a nice “zing”. Try it…you’ll like it!

1 pound pasta of your choice, freshly cooked and drained
Instructions:
- In large bowl, combine mustard, oil, vinegar, scallions, garlic and tomato.
- Let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Toss lightly and serve immediately. (Not to be served to frequently tardy guests!)
