Cheesecake “Contest Winner”
Ingredients:
1½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1½ Tbsp. granulated sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
1½ cups granulated sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 pint sour cream
2 tsps. vanilla

1½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1½ Tbsp. granulated sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
1½ cups granulated sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 pint sour cream
2 tsps. vanilla
Instructions:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and 1½ Tbsp. sugar.
- Spread in bottom of springform pan.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs, 5 Tbsp. sour cream, and 1 tsp. vanilla for 15 minutes.
- Pour into springform pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Remove and cool after leaving in off oven for 30 minutes (door closed).
- Combine remaining sour cream, ½ cup sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat slightly.
- Spread over top and bake at 450 degrees for 5 minues.
- Cool and refrigerate 8 hours.
