Cheesecake By Cousin Angelina
Ingredients:
1 lb of Ricotta
16 oz. Sour Cream
16 oz. Cream Cheese
1¼ cups sugar
1 stick salted butter (melted)
3 eggs
3 Tbl. Flour
3 Tbl. Corn Starch
1½ Tbl. Lemon Juice
1½ Tbl. Vanilla
Graham Cracker Crust

Graham Cracker Crust
Instructions:
- You will need a real cheesecake pan that springs apart —9 or 10” spring form.
- Grease and flour pan.
- Lay a thick crust of Graham Cracker Crust on bottom.
- Beat cheeses, add sugar, and add melted butter.
- Add eggs one by one. Beat after every egg.
- Then add everything else and beat it like a man.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
- Turn off heat and leave in oven one more hour with the door closed. NO peeking!
