Cinnamon Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts)
1 lb. margarine, not butter
1 egg
1¼ teaspoon almond extract
1¼ cup of sugar
4 cups flour (unsifted)
Instructions:
Hint: If dough is too sticky, add a little more flour; and/or put some flour on your hands.
Origin of recipe: Joan Selkowitz, mother of Chris’ friend, Richie. She brought these to their pre-school class way back when (1976), and all the kids loved these goodies.

4 cups flour (unsifted)
Instructions:
- Cream margarine and sugar, add egg, almond extract and mix. Add flour a little at a time. Mix in nuts.
- Shape dough into crescents and place on un-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in bowl and toss mixture over crescents while still warm.
- Makes about 100 cookies.
