Frosted Ham Ball
Ingredients:
1 package of cooked ham (3 slices) or about ½ lb. wedge
approximately ⅓ cup of grated onion
½ cup mayonnaise, or to the consistency of ham salad
¼ cup of raisins
1 small container of whipped cream
1 tablespoon milk

Instructions:
- Trim edges of cooked ham.
- Cut into cubes and put into blender.
- Pulse until ham is finely chopped, but not pureed,
- Put in a mixing bowl. Add onion, raisins and mayo. Mix together.
- Spoon onto plate into a shape of a half circle.
- Add milk to cream cheese and whip with a spoon.
- Spread over generously onto ham ball.
- Garnish with walnuts or sprigs of parsley.
- Guests spread onto cracker of your choice.
