Mojito
Ingredients:
1½ ounces of light rum
12 mint leaves
½ lime
4 teaspoons sugar
ice and club soda
Instructions:
Origin of recipe: Wendy became the “Mojito Master” and the “house muddler” in the summer of 2005. We bought a bunch of fresh herbs to plant in our garden and the mint took over and flourished so Wendy went on to bacardi.com and found this recipe. It is refreshing and since our mint supply was endless in ’05, Wendy mixed up many a batch that summer and the next!
