Penne with Vodk a Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb. penne
1 28 oz. can of whole or crushed tomatoes
4 oz. prosciutto ham, chopped
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (careful!)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
⅓ cup vodka
¼ cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons fresh or 1 tablespoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
- Cook pasta. Meanwhile in a large skillet, sauté prosciutto, garlic, red pepper flakes until garlic is golden (about 2 minutes).
- Add tomatoes, cream, vodka, parsley, basil and salt.
- Bring to a boil (about 5 minutes).
- Stir to break up tomatoes.
- Drain pasta.
- Toss with sauce & cheese. Enjoy!
