Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 16 oz. cans artichokes, drained (mash up in food processor)
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cook uncovered for 15 minutes @ 350 degrees.
- Serve with crackers or fresh bread cubes as a hot dip.
(You can half the recipe if the crowd is not too large)
