Broccoli Quiche
Ingredients:
1 9-inch pastry shell
1 cup chopped broccoli
¼ cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
4 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain thoroughly.
- Sauté onion in butter until tender.
- Stir onions into broccoli.
- In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually add milk and mix until smooth.
- Add eggs and seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
- Arrange broccoli and onion mixture in pie shell.
- Carefully pour cheese mixture over broccoli.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before cutting.
