Dill Sauce
Ingredients:
Directions:
Put half of the ingredients into blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Stir into the other half of ingredients.
To use on Salmon:
Prepare salmon by brushing fillets with olive oil.
Spray Bar-b-que rack with olive oil spray.
Cook on medium for 5 minutes on each side.
Origin of recipe: Nancy found this at cooks.com after having it the Riverhead Garden Club luncheon in May 2011. Dill is now growing great in our garden this summer for the first time.
- ½ teaspoon shredded lemon peel
- 8 oz. pain lowfat yogurt
- ¼ cup green onions (scallions)
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon capers
